DESCRIPTION:On Thursday December 15\, we hope to kick off a 3 part series with the team from PWB Designs (http://pwbdesignservice.com). Our goal is to build 2-3 teams\, design a shield series (physical\, vision\, etc.) as teams with a use case in mind. We will design the shield\, make the shield\, and finally test the shields and present results. The Iot Lab in Fishers will provide equipment\, engineering and fab support\, and some (if not all) materials for 2-3 groups of people. Registration is limited to 15. The idea is to meet in December to design\, come back in January to build\, and perhaps meet again in February to test and present results. \nAbout the Indy IoT Meetup Group:\nWho: This is a group for anyone interested in the Internet of Things (IoT). Technical and non-technical. \nWhy: Devices all around us are getting connected\, especially with the cost of connectivity modules coming down significantly. The space is getting overwhelming with many companies out there racing to get their protocols and standards to become the industry standard. \nWhat: Discussions will include anything from high-level non-technical to low-level technical details.

Tech pros\, leaders of industry\, government\, and academia\, and friends and family all gather for “Tech’s Biggest Night.” \nApplications are reviewed and scored by panels of recognized subject matter experts.
