Pushing the Edge of Bluetooth

Join us Thursday 6/9 from 7-8:30 PM. This month’s meetup features Garrett LoVerde (linkedin.com/in/garrett-loverde) from Packetcraft (https://www.packetcraft.com) .

During this meetup, Garrett will discuss embedded Bluetooth development and customizing the stack to achieve more with existing and emerging standards, and technology themes such as Bluetooth Audio. Examples for wearable and hearable products will be leveraged to discuss platform architecture and customize the Bluetooth stack to set your ideas in motion.

Who: This is a group for anyone interested in the Internet of Things (IoT). Technical and non-technical.

Why: Devices all around us are getting connected, especially with the cost of connectivity modules coming down significantly. The space is getting overwhelming with many companies out there racing to get their protocols and standards to become the industry standard.

What: Discussions will include anything from high-level non-technical to low-level technical details.
