May 11, 2020

As an organization, we are staying on top of recommendations directed from the CDC, State Department of Health, and the City of Fishers. With these considerations, we have outlined our plan to reopen:

PHASE 1 | MEMBER ACCESS
Suite holders and dedicated desk members may access the building weekdays from 8am – 5pm beginning Monday, May 18. General members will have access beginning Tuesday, May 26. 1-on-1 meetings with visitors will be permitted in the lobby and designated meeting areas only. We will close promptly at 5pm for nightly cleaning.

PHASE 2 | GUESTS & VISITORS
Beginning Monday, June 8, members may have visitors join them in the main space and general meeting rooms after checking in at the welcome desk. Limited In-person tours will resume by appointment only.

PHASE 3 | 24/7 ACCESS
Beginning Monday, June 15, members may access the space on evenings and weekends using their keycards.

PHASE 4 | CAPACITY INCREASES
Beginning Monday, July 6, meeting rooms will be reset to their original number of seats and the main space will be reset at full capacity.

In preparation for our reopening, the Indiana IoT Lab staff has been actively updating our building and policies to ensure the best possible health of all members and guests. When you return, you’ll notice hand sanitizing stations, a one-way flow of our space, limited meeting room capacity and seating configurations, tabletop partitions, and an increased cleaning frequency.

Your cooperation with our efforts to minimize risk are appreciated:

  • Stay home if you have symptoms
  • Maintain 6 feet of social distance
  • Essential in-person meetings only
  • Wash your hands
  • Stagger work schedules and breaks
  • Work from home when possible
  • Masks are recommended

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together to keep everyone as healthy and safe as possible.

March 16, 2020

Dear Friends,

As an organization, we are staying on top of updates and recommendations directed from the CDC, State Department of Health, and the City of Fishers. Our immediate concern is keeping our members and visitors safe from the COVID-19 outbreak; therefore, we have decided to close Launch Fishers and the Indiana IoT Lab for the next 2 weeks. We will reevaluate the situation on March 30th, and will communicate updates as information becomes available.

Launch Fishers and the Indiana IoT Lab will be locked at 5:30pm today, Monday, March 16th. Members will have badge access only to collect their items through 5:30pm tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17th. After that time, all doors will be locked to both visitors and members.

Please refrain from conducting meetings after Monday afternoon. You should only access the building to collect your things after that time.

Note: we will not be receiving US Mail, FedEx, UPS, or other deliveries during this period at both facilities. Please retrieve your mail by 5:30pm, Tuesday, March 17th. We will be picking up US mail at the post office on Tuesday, March 24th to be available for pickup at Launch Fishers and Indiana IoT Lab on Wednesday, March 25th from 10am-noon. Contact FedEx and UPS directly for any concerns about packages, including pickup locations or redirection of deliveries.

If you need emergency access during this period, please contact David Bolling at david@launchfishers.com or 317-537-7380 for Launch Fishers, and Jason Pennington at jason@indianaiot.com or 317-210-0049 for the IoT Lab.

All further communication to members will be sent through Slack:
